Customer story
Two salons, one book.
Blonde Voyage has two locations, in Temecula and San Diego. It is Trinity’s salon, and the first one to run on loci.

Four tools, two locations.
Before loci, Blonde Voyage ran on a stack that grew one subscription at a time. None of it talked to the rest. To check the other salon’s day, Trinity logged out of one location and into the other.
- Booking
- Vagaro, with forms and text marketing as add-ons
- Intake
- A JotForm subscription that never reached the client record
- Texting
- A separate marketing tool
- Books
- QuickBooks, entered by hand
What she wanted.
Not another scheduling app. She wanted both salons on one screen, one place for the rules, and reports she could trust after a price change. She wanted it to look like her salon looks.
What changed.
- Two locations
- One login, one menu, one client list
- Intake
- Forms filled in before the visit, summarized for the stylist
- Rules
- Deposits, cancellations and booking windows on one page
- Prices
- Raised without rewriting past appointments
In her words.
“Do you know how annoying it is to have to click on a million different things? That was the ONE thing I wanted, all the rules on one single page.”
“The intelligence is super cool.”
“That’s pretty cool.”
